Tockington Toddlers

 

TOCKINGTON TODDLERS  -  TUESDAYS 10-12  -  WESLEY ROOMS, TOCKINGTON

‘Tockington Toddlers' meets in the Wesley Rooms (opposite the Swan Pub) every Tuesday from 10am and is an opportunity for local parents and carers to bring along their babies and toddlers to meet others and play. It's a really friendly and informal gathering designed not only for the children to benefit from interacting with children of a similar age but also for the parents to enjoy a drink and a ‘natter' too!  There is no commitment for you to come every week and most sessions have anything from 5 to 15 parents in attendance!

The parent / carer is asked to contribute £1 per session which goes into the kitty, and funds anything from refreshments and craft activities for the children, to the children's Christmas party and of course the local events we get involved in too (the Olveston Church fete, Tockington Harvest Festival etc.) We also have the occasional ‘Parents Night Out'.

We operate a Parents' Rota which means that parents take it in turns to open up, make the drinks etc.
